For this job it was simple scope of repairing a few boards here and there, pressure washing and paint the fence along with the monkey bars and clearing out a the junk seen in the backyard which i feel is a good way to plug the dumpsters in some way like because we also own those it made the project more efficient the way we were able to organize a dumpster on site to keep the job running smoothly. For the description of this job we can say something like “For this scope we had the client reach out to paint their fence. We began with proper prep as always consisting of checking the fence for loose boards to fasten or replace. We pressure washed the entire fence to have a clean surface for the paint to have a proper bond with the fence promoting proper adhesion. We primed and painted with 2 coats of color. We also had junk the client didn’t want so were able to provide a dumpster service easily and efficiently allowing the project to continue running smoothly and on schedule.
